Subscription Payments

All subscription payments are billed in advance according to the selected plan.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in cases where:

  • Duplicate payments occur
  • Billing errors are confirmed
  • Technical issues prevent service use

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the billing period.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Unused subscription periods
  • Partial subscription periods
  • User misunderstanding of features
